Thank you for your interest in the products and services of HydroBeadz NZ.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from HydroBeadz NZ (the "Physical Goods").

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, HydroBeadz NZ will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

HydroBeadz NZ will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or, replace the product at no charge.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from HydroBeadz NZ is one year from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or one year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What Do You Have to Do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by HydroBeadz NZ. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.

Fair Trading Act 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
