You may pay for your order via Stripe or PayPal. Both options allow you to pay with your credit card or debit card, but do so in different ways.

Yes, our website is secured with SSL and hosted on Shopify (a fast, reliable and safe platform). We do not see your card details at any time – this is all handled by Shopify Payments or PayPal.
Bank transfer is possible to large orders exceeding $300 in value and these need to be manually arranged.
If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you in full.
If you still feel unsure, then note that you have the option to file a dispute with your card company. Many people don't know this well, but if goods do not arrive then your card company has the ability to refund you in full. This should not be required though, because (as mentioned), we will replace or refund any lost/damaged goods.
Yes, if your order has not been shipped then we can refund you immediately. There is no restocking fee.
If your order has been shipped but not delivered then we can have it redirected back to us. In this case, we would refund you in full minus postage. This is because we cannot get the postage fee back from the courier company.
If your order has been delivered then please see the returns and warranty page for more details. In short, it is possible to return for a refund.
Your order will be shipped within 0 - 1 business days (aka working days). In other words, this means your order will be shipped on the same business day it is received, or on the next business day.
Your order must be received before 2pm to ensure it is shipped on the same day it is received.
A business day is considered to be Monday to Friday.
Delivery usually takes 1 – 2 working days within New Zealand. If your address is rural then delivery will take longer.
Shipping is either flat rate at $5, or free if you have ordered over a certain amount.
NZ Post will deliver your order. They offer track and trace and by default will leave your order in a safe place when delivering (no signature).
Yes, all orders are shipped via courier and tracking numbers are provided (emailed or texted to you). You may trace your order via the NZ Post website: https://nzpost.co.nz
We understand that some customers may not want what they’ve ordered to be known by their courier, flatmates, or family members etc. Therefore, we send all of our orders with discreet packaging – no visible packing slip and no return address. Of course, a packing slip is provided to you and we can also forward our address to you should you need to return anything.

Most likely it is only due to a courier delay. Most orders are delivered within 2 days, however, a small percentage can take longer. We’ve even had orders disappear for a fortnight before turning up!
Please feel free to email us for an update though. We can also call the courier company on your behalf.
If your order does not arrive within 10 days of being shipped we will resend the order or refund you in full.
