Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5. We also offer free shipping for all orders over $25 in value.
You should expect delivery within 1 to 2 days if your address is designated as non rural by NZ Post.
However, if your address is designated as rural by NZ Post then delivery could take 2 to 5 days.

If your order has been lost or incorrectly delivered, we will reship it or provide a full refund to you.
If your order is returned to us because of your error (e.g. sending us an incorrect address, or not arranging redelivery if you are not home when the courier delivers) then we will reship after you have paid the cost of shipping.
This is very improbable, as HydroBeadz are a very durable product whilst in their dry state. However, if your order is damaged in transit then we will replace it at no cost to you.
Yes, we allow 14 days from the day of delivery for you to return your order for a refund. You must not have opened the HydroBeadz packet(s) to be eligible.
We will refund your order in full but we won't cover the cost of shipping back to us.
